Wow. I am now convinced this class gets a body into better shape the longer you pursue it. The first 3 months I lost 37 inches - the next 3 months I have lost 23 inches. The first work out class I have not become bored with. It is different every time and a hard workout.

T.C.B. is a complete body workout Focusing on reshaping and restoring the Body, Spirit, and Soul.
Taught by Fitness Expert Julie Kliewer

Julie started out as a dancer, dancing from age 7 until, at age 27, severe scoliosis in her neck and spine forced her to give up her dance scholarships. She continued to dance and act in film, television and on the stage, but the pain was prohibitive. She was introduced to, and trained in, the Lotte Berke technique and taught at Sunset Plaza Fitness for many years.  God used the technique to work some deep healing in her heart and body and sparked a flame that is still burning today- healing for the body, soul and spirit through rehabilitative exercise techniques. Her training continued as Mari Winsor took her under her wing and mentored her in the Pilates technique in the early days of Winsor Fitness. Next, Julie flew to Denver, CO. to train with Callan Pinckney, becoming a certified Callanetics instructor. She returned to teach at all of the Callanetics studios in Los Angeles. Since that time, Julie has continued to help students prepare for surgery, recover from surgery, avoid surgery altogether or transition from one stage of fitness to the next. Her classes consist of elements of all three techniques and can be modified to accommodate almost any special need, including wheelchair bound individuals.
