Here’s How Recurring Payments Work:

You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your checking or savings account.  You will be charged the amount indicated below each billing period.  A receipt for each payment will be emailed to you and the charge will appear on your bank statement as an “ACH Debit.”  You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 3 days prior to the payment being collected.

Policies and Procedures


Effective April 20, 2022

  • All Memberships are ongoing and automatically renewed unless a cancelation notice has been issued.

  • All Membership charges are non refundable and transferable with written request and subject to management approval.

  • All memberships require a written cancelation notice thirty day from billing date (first of the Month). Failure to comply with this will result in a charge of no less than one months membership at current membership pricing.

  • All memberships are allowed (1) two week courtesy hold in the period of a 12 Month Calendar year with no charge. All requests for membership holds must be in writing thirty days before first day of hold begins.

  • Any membership placed on hold longer than two weeks will result in a reinstatement of the annual ASKA association and the fee linked with it.

  • Memberships placed on holds will not change the agreed date of payment. Memberships placed on hold will only extend membership duration.

  • All memberships will include testing fees for period of membership and students will not be charged for tests up until Black Belt.

    • Except for 1st Degree Brown Belt - $80)

  • All Black Belt memberships are entitled to a 30% discount but require 3 hours of general instruction per Month

Private Lessons:

  • All canceled private lessons require 24 hour notice, Failure to give proper notice will result in lesson will still be charged.

  • Any student or Students arriving later than 15 min is considered to have canceled lesson in less than 24 hours and will be charged.

  • All earned or free lessons must be used in the terms of the membership or they are forfeit.

    • 12 month membership - private lessons add on are now translated must use (1) 30 minute private lesson every month.

    • 4 month membership - private lesson add on translated to (1) 30 minute lesson must be used every 2 months.

Testing:

  • All students will be required to test on test dates scheduled for.

  • All students under the age of 18 require a testing permission slip signed by a teacher. For students testing in June and August outside of school months need to have a neighbor, Pastor, Coach, or outside family member to sign off on students behavior permission slip.

  • All Written belt test Blue through Brown require a 60% or higher score

  • There are no testing fees for Ranking except for the following:

    • Make up test date = $65

    • Retest for failed physical test = 60

    • Retest for failed written test = $25

    • 1st Degree Brown Belt Test = $80

    • Black Belt Test = Price varies per rank.
