This dynamic and informative 1-hour sessions are a safe,
fun and exciting experience! Our workshops combine self defense education with hands-on practice using the MUNIO Designer Self Defense Keychain in realistic attack scenarios.

MUNIO Self Defense Workshops™ are simple and unique, and will not overwhelm you with technical and physical complexity you may not remember. Building on your natural ability to use MUNIO, you will practice easy methods that can rapidly disable an attacker so you can escape unharmed!

This Workshop is taught by MUNIO certified Instructor Sensei Rocky Whatule.

SUMMER BREAK

Dojo will be closed for Summer Break from June 21st - July 5th

We encourage all students to get into the student resource page on our website and train at home with our pre-recorded training videos.

I am excited to announce that our summer Karate Kamp will be returning this year! 

This year's Kamp will take place from August 4th - 8th  
8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, (with one snack provided each day.)

This VBS style Karate Kamp is a one week intensive training that pushes each student to be a better warrior at their skill level. Infusing the Bible with tried and tested Traditional Karate training methds that will improve every student who attends.

+ Karate Kamp will focus on Kata, Sparring, Basics, Weapons Training, Games, 
Japanese Culture & Language, the Word of God, and a lot of FUN!!!!!!

+ Perfect for both the experienced students who want to sharpen their skills to the beginner Who has never trained before. We have something for everyone!

+ Appropriate for kids ages 4 to 13 years of age.
And any martial arts skill level (Beginner - Black Belt)

Join us on at The Martial Arts History Museum which is the world’s first and only museum of its kind. Designed by the artists of Walt Disney Productions, DreamWorks, The Simpsons and more. It is a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy. From the Samurai to the Ninja to Hawaiian warriors to Filipino dancing, it is very unique and creatively designed.  The Museum also hosts a variety of unique events and seminars every other weekend, from special screenings, Samurai history, language workshops, sushi seminars, animation drawings, craft displays, martial art demonstrations to sword cutting performances.  The kids will also be able to do a scavenger hunt as well.  Cost is $3 per person!!  Please RSVP at https://www.facebook.com/events/1498127600501552/

We are hosting a small inner school tournament at the Dojo. Medals will be given out to the winners. Tournament stats at 9:00 and with Kata and Sparring matches will follow approximately should be finished by 1:30.
